Roger Fulton
Roger has been providing computer and technical services and assistance to Vashon Island clients since 2007. His varied background in hardware, software, and publishing brings a combination of skills valued by his clients.

Roger has a BS in Computer Science from the University of Colorado, and Associates degrees in Electronics Technology and Avionics Technology. His long history in various aspects of hardware and software provides a useful perspective as he works with his clients to find creative solutions to their technical and computer-related needs.

Having provided telephone technical support for complex software products for two years in a corporate setting, Roger has continued to provide timely and accurate solutions to his clients' problems via telephone. He has a good sense for what can and cannot be diagnosed and resolved over the phone, and won't waste your time with "shoot-in-the-dark" "solutions."

Beyond pure "techie" skills, Roger is skilled in explaining problems, potential solutions, and creative ideas to his clients. He is a good communicator, and has solid writing skills. His proofreading skills are exceptional. Roger has learned how to turn his perfectionist tendencies into an eye for finding flaws and inconsistencies, whether they're on your website, in your printed materials, or in your computer configuration.

Roger very much enjoys getting to know the technical personal and business needs of his clients. In the same way that a personal assistant provides a number of services for their client (run errands, manage appointment calendar, etc.), Roger likes to provide a wide variety of technical and administrative services for his clients. Ben Fulton
Ben loves to troubleshoot problems. When his friends are complaining and just want things to work, he has a smile on his face! In 2006, Ben built his first gaming computer; since then he's helped most of his friends build computers. One time he got a computer from Freecycle, recommended $100 worth of upgrades, and now his mom has a great desktop computer.

Ben also enjoys teaching. He used to tutor his sister in math, and to this day she remembers learning easily, quickly, and even with a bit of enjoyment. Ben loves showing people how to interact with technology. He has a good sense of when a client is intimidated by their new computer or other device. In such cases, Ben develops a personalized set of easily-remembered instructions that make his clients comfortable and confident users.
